From Order Entry to Transportation Billing
Route planning, order entry, and billing are all handled within a single system, without the need for interfaces or third-party software. What is scheduled flows directly into the order, and what is delivered flows directly into the invoice.
Routes and loading sequences are planned using drag-and-drop and can be adjusted right up until shortly before the route begins. leva+ handles pre-deliveries, pickups, and direct deliveries as separate transport types.
Drivers can view their routes and the exact loading and unloading order directly in the leva+ app. Changes made right up until departure are sent via push notification to the driver’s device—no phone calls or notes required.
Success Stories
The Challenge
Rental companies for aerial work platforms and construction equipment, as well as heavy-haul transport companies, coordinate drivers, vehicles, and equipment across multiple construction sites on a daily basis. Without an integrated system, orders are entered into one tool, the route is planned using an external scheduler, and the loading sequence depends on how the equipment and machinery are currently stored in the warehouse. Drivers are notified of their assignments by phone or WhatsApp, and last-minute changes arrive too late—or not at all. Services rendered must be manually entered into the billing system after the route is completed, which is prone to errors and results in items being lost or double-entered.
The Solution
leva+ was developed in collaboration with industry experts and provides end-to-end digital mapping of the entire transportation logistics process for equipment rental companies and heavy haulage firms. Dispatchers can see all open transport requests at a glance—filterable by transport type, date, and location—and plan routes and loading sequences via drag-and-drop directly from the order. Advance deliveries are represented as a separate transport type, making it clear what is being delivered today and what won’t be needed until tomorrow. Drivers can view their assignments directly in the app, and completed services are automatically included in billing—without manual follow-up work and without data loss.
"What convinced me was the end-to-end integration. From scheduling to billing, everything runs on the same system. There are no data disconnects and no duplicate data."

With leva+, dispatchers can keep track of all open transport requests at all times. Routes and loading sequences are planned directly from the orders using drag-and-drop, without having to switch to a third-party system.
leva+ ensures that only vehicles, trailers, and drivers that are actually available are scheduled. Pre-deliveries, pickups, and direct deliveries are mapped as separate transport types.
Pre-deliveries as a separate transport type | Clearly separate pre-deliveries from transports needed immediately
Real-time availability check | Schedule only vehicles and resources that are actually available
Map view of routes | Visualize scheduled routes and stops on the map
Drivers work directly in the leva+ app. Routes, loading and unloading sequences, and last-minute changes are automatically sent to the driver’s device—no phone calls, no paper notes, and no outdated information.
Route planning and order entry are directly linked in leva+. Transport requests are automatically generated from the order, and services rendered are automatically included in billing without any manual follow-up work.
Direct link to the order | Transport requests flow directly from the order into planning
Automatic transfer of services to billing | Bill completed transport services without manual follow-up work
