The working conditions are progressive. I work from home three days a week, which gives me more time for my family and exercise. When I commute, I ride my bike—we have showers and bike racks right in the building.

We'll get to know each other during our first video call. It's a relaxed setting for making initial eye contact, exchanging more information, and answering any initial questions.
If the first impression from the video call is a good fit for both of us, we’d like to get to know you better, introduce you to our company, our philosophy, and our projects, discuss your application materials, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also conduct a brief assessment to see how well we’d be a good fit for each other.
We'd like to invite you for a second visit if we have a good first impression of you after your first visit.
At Insight Day, you’ll get to know your coworkers, talk to them about their projects, and get a glimpse into our work. Of course, you’ll also have the chance to show us what you can do—we’ll have two or three exciting tasks lined up for you.
Of course, you don't have to decide right away. Sleep on it for two or three nights and let us know. If you want to build your future with Infosystem, we'll decide within 48 hours whether to make you an offer you can't refuse.
If we reach an agreement, we'll be ready to sign the contract no later than one week after your Insight Day. We look forward to working with you and to our future together.
