What is NOVA

NOVAcombines a high level of customer benefit with a simple customer experience. It is the sales hub. In other words, a database for public transport in Switzerland through which almost all public transport tickets are sold. Various sales channels such as mobile apps, ticket machines or bus driver devices obtain the sales data from the NOVA platform. NOVA currently combines offers from around 250 participating companies. NOVA is the result of a joint initiative by transport companies and public transport associations.

What is Alliance SwissPass

The Alliance SwissPass is an industry organization for public transport in Switzerland, consisting of 250 transport companies and 18 associations. Its aim is to create harmonized, comprehensible and economical fare regulations, to develop modern and attractive sales solutions and to provide customer-oriented product ranges and information systems. The work of the Alliance SwissPass enables easy access to public transport in Switzerland for customers.

What is OSDM

The API based on the standard Open Sales Distribution Model is primarily a convenient way for customers to book an international service, including all refund and exchange procedures. It should also be available to integrators without major investment.
